With a unique blend of personal experience as a former professional athlete and a deep understanding of the challenges athletes face, Sébastien is uniquely positioned to help organizations in both fields navigate the evolving demands of performance, innovation, and growth. His leadership is rooted in a genuine passion for sports and the arts, coupled with the ability to turn adversity into opportunity, which makes him a sought-after expert for driving impactful change.

As an expert in project development and strategic consulting, Sébastien excels at recognizing and unlocking the powerful synergy between sports and the arts. Passionate about both fields, his forward-thinking approach shapes bold, customized strategies that drive excellence, innovation, and long-term growth for athletes, artists, and the organizations that support them. Armed with a Bachelor’s degree in Management, Sébastien is deeply committed to empowering emerging talent & organization to reach their fullest potential.

Alexis Valenza

A former professional athlete turned sports management expert, Alexis Valenza helps clubs, federations, athletes, and institutions achieve their goals through innovative and tailored solutions at Athos Agency. His deep understanding of institutional structures and international expertise allows him to specialize in project development, high-performance management, and strategic partnerships.

His career has led him to key roles in major sports organizations, including serving as Senior Project Manager for the UEFA Women’s EURO 2025 in Geneva. With a strategic and results-driven approach, Alexis is a trusted advisor to sports stakeholders seeking to build sustainable success.

He holds a Master’s in Management, Strategy, Organization & Leadership from HEC Lausanne and completed an exchange at the University of St. Gallen. His academic background, combined with real-world business insights, gives him a unique edge in the industry. Additionally, with a Bachelor's degree in Sports Management and his role as Secretary General for the Swiss Sport Managers and the Observatory for Popular Sports, Alexis plays a crucial part in shaping the future of sports governance.

Cody Almond

An Olympian and former professional ice hockey player, Cody Almond brings a wealth of experience from the NHL, AHL, and NLA, where he was known for his versatility, leadership, teammate qualities, and physical play. Representing Switzerland on the international stage, including multiple World Championships and the 2018 PyeongChang Winter Olympics, he understands firsthand the dedication and resilience required to succeed at the highest level.

 

An Alumni of the prestigious IMD Business School in Lausanne, Switzerland, he has completed an executive program on Business Leadership. His pursuit of lifelong learning brought him to the Ivy League, University of Pennsylvania's Wharton Business School, completing an online program on Neuroscience and Business. Aligning with his passion for personal growth, he completed programs from Sports Management Worldwide surrounding player development.  

 

His deep understanding of player development, career strategy, and the business of sports allows him to guide athletes through every stage of their journey, ensuring they maximize their potential both on and off the ice.
